What is Let's Talk?

Let's Talk is an online program for parents and kids to walk through together — each on their own personalized path. Parents get expert-backed guidance, conversation starters, and practical tools. Kids get age-appropriate lessons, interactive activities, and a safe way to ask questions.

By the time you finish, you'll have:

  • Opened up real conversations with your child

  • Built trust around tough topics

  • Helped your child feel prepared for the changes ahead

Parenting didn't come with a script, so we wrote one.

If you've ever thought, "How do I even bring this up?"—you're not alone. Let's Talk is designed for parents and their 10–13-year-old kids who want honest, age-appropriate guidance for meaningful conversations about sexual health and growing up.

Here’s why parents love Let’s Talk:

From curiosity to confidence

We will help you and your child cover the essential topics like:

Most resources are one-size-fits-all. They give information directly to parents but don't start the conversations. Let's Talk is different — it's interactive, flexible, and built to support you and your child as a team.

The program was created by a team of psychologists, pediatricians, educators, and parents — led by Dr. Laura Widman, a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience in adolescent health, parenting, and communication.
